Since the enabling legislation to establish Supply Ontario was enacted in November 2020, we have been establishing our operations and developing the foundations for a multi-year transformation built on meaningful collaboration with stakeholders.
The founding Board of Directors was appointed in January 2021, followed by the appointment of inaugural CEO Frank P. Rochon in March 2021. An interim leadership team is in place, building the strong corporate and governance foundations that will ensure our future operations are effective, efficient and accountable.
Working closely with government and key system stakeholders, we are in the process of developing and validating our operating model and defining our approach and plan for system transformation, leading up to anticipated full operations by November 2023.
