Tender-20514 – Employee and Family Assistance Program Services

Description

This procurement will establish an enterprise-wide Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangement for services related to Supply Ontario’s Employee and Family Assistance Program. There are five Service Categories:

• Service Category 1 – Core Services;
• Service Category 2 – Inclusive Counselling Services;
• Service Category 3 – Mindfulness, Meditation and Wellness App;
• Service Category 4 – Physical Health, Nutrition, and Fitness App; and,
• Service Category 5 – Public Safety Professional Bereavement Support Program.

Service Category 1 (Core Services) consists of:

• Service Type A – Intake;
• Service Type B – Counselling;
• Service Type C – Professional Services;
• Service Type D – Workplace Discrimination and Harassment Prevention (“WDHP”) Information Line;
• Service Type E – Manager Consultation Line;
• Service Type F – Workplace Traumatic and Critical Response Services;
• Service Type G – Orientation Seminars;
• Service Type H – Wellness and Self-Care Seminars; and,
• Service Type I – Enhanced Services Via Statement of Work.

The VOR resulting from this procurement process will be used by the Ontario Public Service. Any of Ontario’s more than 6000 Broader Public Sector organizations may adopt Service Categories 1, 2, 3, or 4, by way of “Master Acceptance Agreement”.
