Purpose and Scope of the Arrangement

This VOR arrangement covers the provision of Learning Management Solutions (LMS) to OPS & Public Sector entities in the academic and corporate service delivery sectors, on an as-needed basis. The VOR arrangement’s purpose is to help provide a robust, scalable, and secure LMS that supports corporate and academic users across the Ontario. The LMS supports users by providing easy access to training, skill development, progress tracking, and personalized learning.The VOR offers the following functionalities:
