Overview
Description
This VOR Arrangement is intended to replace the 2018 Experience Design and Related Digital Services (Tender 8462) VOR arrangement. This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement has been established to provide user research and hypotheses testing services, for Discovery and Alpha phases, including the recruitment of user research participants.

The VOR arrangement is for a period of four years with a one- year extension option, at Supply Ontario’s discretion.
Updated Policy and Procedures
This VOR arrangement is for mandatory use for all OPS ministries and OPS Clients (based on their Memorandum of Understanding and as per the December 2014 OPS Procurement Directive) of the Government of Ontario.
Non-OPS Clients or organizations that qualify as part of the Broader Public Sector (BPS) may also choose to use this VOR arrangement.
