Overview
Supply Ontario (SO) has established a new Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement –for Onboarding and Administration Solution for Learners (Tender-20403). NirvSystem Corporation was the successful vendor.
The VOR arrangement, became effective on April 1st, 2025, is for an initial term of three (3) years, plus a one (1) year extension option at SO’s discretion (3+1). The use of the VOR arrangement is for Non-OPS entities covered by the Management Board of Cabinet (MBC) Procurement Directive, and will potentially be made available to OPS entities.
The VOR arrangement will:
- Standardize onboarding to align processes across institutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and access protocols.
- Facilitate reciprocity by enabling seamless learner transitions between participating organizations.
- Enhance training delivery through integrated learning management features.
- Strengthen reporting to track learner metrics, including onboarding progress and post-placement outcomes.
- Provide scalability to address workforce demands to locate, communicate with, and redeploy learners during emergencies.
