In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating across Supply Ontario divisions to support CoE initiatives and projects aligned with organizational strategy and priorities.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of robust processes, frameworks, and methodologies that improve user experiences and drive continuous improvement.
- Conducting research and analysis and gathering qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, assess opportunities, and inform recommendations.
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement through workshops, causal analysis, and brainstorming sessions to co-design solutions and support change initiatives.
- Developing reports, dashboards, and documentation to communicate insights, track progress, and maintain best practices and knowledge within the CoE.
- Supporting change management efforts, including readiness assessments, risk mitigation planning, and sustainable implementation strategies.
- Upholding Supply Ontario’s customer service standards, contributing to customer success and business improvement initiatives.
- Writing reports, briefing papers or presentation materials based on analysis of problems or opportunities.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the following:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration or Operations Management or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of least 4-6 years of relevant experience in facilitating problem solving with data analysis, defining opportunities, facilitating, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and standardizing process.
- Experience in public sector, or management consulting or start-up is an asset.
- Professional certification in Lean/Six Sigma or any equivalent certification is an asset.
- Working knowledge of lean, continuous improvement, change management and project management.
- Knowledge of procurement and/or supply chain management is an asset.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability build partnerships with internal stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to review, assess, and summarize information from multiple sources to incorporate into analysis and reports.
- A self-starter and a continuous learner, along with ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
- Consultation and collaboration skills to work with project teams in achieving deliverables in alignment with program objectives, organizational mandates, and strategies.
- Ability to independently organize work, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple and changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all organizational functions and levels.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Project, Visio), Power BI and other internal applications, as required.

This job offers the opportunity to work from home as part of a hybrid work arrangement; at the time of posting, this position would require in-office presence 3 days per week, based on current operational requirements.
