Supply Ontario launches centralized End User Computing Vendor of Record Arrangement

Supply Ontario is proud to launch our End User Computing (EUC) Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangement—a centralized contract for end user computing products and services benefiting all public sector entities, including mobile and desktop computing, software, accessories, and more.

Through our EUC VOR Arrangement, public sector entities—including school boards and hospitals—have access to comprehensive product and service offerings, expert onboarding guidance, and seamless integration support that will ensure business continuity, offer service enhancements, and optimize value for public sector buyers.

Key benefits include:

  • access to qualified vendors, including top Original Equipment Manufacturers (e.g., Dell, Lenovo, Apple, etc.) and authorized resellers;
  • professional and timely customer support, issue resolution, and technical support;
  • sustainable and predictable rates resulting in the best overall value;
  • risk identification and mitigation strategies;
  • process improvement and cost reduction;
  • full alignment with public service procurement directives; and
  • dedicated program onboarding support from Supply Ontario.

Supply Ontario has a clear mandate from the province to centralize key procurement functions and contracts, like the EUC VOR Arrangement, delivering cost benefits to public service entities and ultimately driving money back into public services. Our centralized computer contract will deliver the best value for public sector clients, allowing them to focus on providing the best services to the people of Ontario.
