End User Computing (EUC) Devices and Services Vendor of Record Arrangement

Overview

Supply Ontario (SO) has established a new Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for End-User Computing (EUC) Devices and Services to support public sector entities (non-OPS only) across Ontario.

The EUC VOR arrangement (Tender-20172) provides eligible entities with streamlined access to qualified vendors for the supply of laptops, desktops, tablets, monitors, accessories, and related lifecycle support services.

The arrangement became effective on October 1, 2025, for a term of three (3) years, with one (1) optional extension term of up to one (1) year.

Scope of the arrangement

This VOR is available to public sector entities (non-OPS only), including:

  • Municipalities and municipal agencies
  • Academic institutions
  • School boards
  • Health-care providers
  • Other publicly funded entities

The EUC VOR includes two categories:

Category 1 – End-User Computing Devices and Services
Enterprise-grade computing devices and services, including:

  • Laptops, desktops, tablets, monitors, servers, storage, and accessories
  • Imaging, tagging, configuration, and deployment services
  • Asset management and secure disposal
  • Warranty, maintenance, and technical support

Category 2 – Apple Devices and Services
Apple hardware and related services, including:

  • MacBooks, iMacs, iPads, and peripherals
  • Educational and institutional pricing for eligible entities
  • AppleCare and extended warranty options
  • Authorized reseller integration and deployment support
