Overview
Supply Ontario (SO) has established a new Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Furniture Solutions (Tender-20820). This VOR arrangement has 19 vendors.
The VOR arrangement, which became effective on February 1, 2026, is for a term of four-years, with an optional one-year extension. This VOR arrangement is mandatory for Ontario Public Service (OPS) ministries and agencies and is optionally available to non-OPS entities including municipalities, academic institutions, school boards, health care providers, and major transfer payment recipients.
The VOR arrangement is to provide personnel and services to:
- Supply and install high-quality furniture for a range of environments including, offices, lobbies, and institutions. This includes, but is not limited to, task chairs, lounge sofas, desks, storage units, shelving, and moveable walls;
- Align furniture with the organization’s aesthetic and functional requirements; and
- Incorporate sustainable practices and environmentally friendly furniture options.
The vendors must be able to provide the service across all geographic regions of Ontario.
