Overview
Description
This VOR arrangement is for the provision of Enterprise Information Management Services. Vendors awarded to each category can be found listed in the attached appendixes as well as the contact information for each Vendor. There are four (4) categories:
- Category 1: Records Management, Document Management, User Management (authentication & authorization), Maintenance & Technical Support, Digitization, Data Capture & Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
- Category 2: Electronic Signature
- Category 3: Intelligent Content Services/File Intelligence
- Category 4: Professional Services
- Application integration
- Installation, Implementation and Configuration (II&C)
- Annual or Subscription based Maintenance
- Annual or Subscription based Technical Support
- Training including change management tools and materials
This is an enterprise-wide VOR arrangement.
Services can be procured through this VOR arrangement only through the vendors selected for specific Categories. Supply Ontario is in the process of negotiating with more qualified Vendors to establish agreements that will be concurrent with the term of the VOR. Upon completing successful negotiations with each qualified Vendor, they may be added to the list of Vendors.
