Description
Supply Ontario has established a new Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for the Supply, Delivery and Placement of Barriers. This arrangement includes multiple vendors who have been pre-qualified through a competitive Request for Bids (RFB) process.
The barriers will serve as vehicle mitigation. The barriers are intended to provide motor vehicle impact protection for licensed child care centres, and other facilities, both indoors and outdoors, by preventing vehicles from breaching building exteriors or outdoor play spaces and entering classrooms or play areas, thereby safeguarding children and staff.
The VOR arrangement, which is effective from April 7, 2026, through to April 6, 2029, is for a term of three (3) years, with one (1) additional optional extension term of one (1) year. The VOR arrangement is optionally available to non-OPS entities.
OPS and Non-OPS entities may access the information through the Doing Business portal. All other clients must follow the standard Second Stage Selection process and will be responsible for any costs associated with acquisitions made through this Vendor of Record (VOR).
