KiteLock™ 4% Sterile Catheter Lock Solution Vendor of Record Arrangement

Overview

Supply Ontario (SO) has established a new Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for KiteLock™ 4% sterile catheter lock solution and related training, implementation, and support services. 

The VOR arrangement (Tender-21435), effective July 2, 2026, is for a term of up to two (2) years, with one (1) optional extension of up to one (1) year. The current expiry date is July 1, 2028. The VOR arrangement is optionally available to non-OPS entities, including Ontario municipalities, public hospitals, school boards, public universities, public colleges, children’s aid societies and other eligible public-sector entities. 

SterileCare Inc. is the sole vendor for the VOR arrangement. 

Products and services covered under the VOR arrangement

The VOR arrangement covers KiteLock™ 4% sterile catheter lock solution (product code SC001), supplied in boxes of sixty (60) 3 mL ampoules, together with associated packaging and labelling, instructions for use, clinical in-servicing, training, implementation support, product usage guidance, order fulfilment services, and related documentation.

  • Access for eligible Ontario public-sector entities to standardized pricing for KiteLock™ 4%; 
  • Clinical education and implementation support delivered by authorized SterileCare employees, designated consultants, or approved distribution partners; 
  • Standardized process for ordering, fulfilment, invoicing, packaging, labelling, storage, handling and traceability requirements;and 
  • Supply continuity, quality, recall, complaint, regulatory and reporting provisions to support consistent contract oversight and product availability.
