Jamie Wallace

Chief Executive Officer

Previously, Jamie served as the Chief of Staff to the Premier of Ontario. During his time leading the Office of the Premier of Ontario, including throughout the global COVID-19 pandemic, Jamie supported the policy work, delivery and implementation of the government’s agenda in partnership with the Ontario Public Service.

Prior to joining government, Jamie spent more than 30 years in the media industry, most recently as a vice president with Postmedia. He also had an extensive career as a journalist and is highly regarded as an operational and transformational leader.

Sunita Chander

Chief Strategy, Programs and Partnerships Officer

As Chief of Strategy, Programs and Partnerships, Sunita is responsible for strategic planning, monitoring and reporting, policy development and implementation, governance, stakeholder relations and communications. 

Sunita joined Supply Ontario from the Ministry of Finance, where she most recently held the position of Assistant Deputy Minister of the Strategy, Stewardship and Program Policy Division. In this role, Sunita provided important leadership in the delivery of COVID-19 programs, ensured an effective relationship and alignment with the Canada Revenue Agency, and provided leadership for a comprehensive policy review and consultation around the Ministry’s tobacco tax strategies.

Sunita brings a solid background in stakeholder management, relationship-building competencies and an ability to translate complex, technical policy issues for decision-making and communication purposes.

Danny Hsiang

Chief Financial Officer

Danny is a strategic visionary with proven success leading finance, operations, technology, human resources, sales and marketing functions within the automotive, financial services and consumer packaged goods industries.

Most recently, as a member of Xperigo’s executive team, Danny provided results-driven executive leadership in finance, strategic planning, and corporate governance across the organization.

As Supply Ontario’s Chief Financial Officer, Danny drives our strategic direction and priorities for the planning, development, and management of the distinct financial services needs across the agency and their related frameworks, programs, policies and services.

Danny is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University, Schulich School of Business.

Jackie Korecki

Chief Supply Chain Operations Officer

Jackie is responsible for the Enterprise Vendor of Record Program (over 75 contracts available for commonly used goods and services), for Advisory services for Ministries, including using advanced procurement strategies to solve government problems, and for vendor outreach for doing business with Ontario as well as supporting functions such as reporting.  Jackie is also responsible for the end-to-end supply chain for the Provincial Stockpile of Personal Protective Equipment and Critical Supplies. 

Jackie is a seasoned public sector executive with extensive experience in the Ontario Public Sector, most recently as Assistant Deputy Minister of Supply Chain Ontario in the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery.  In this role, Jackie led pre-pandemic engagement activities related to Supply Chain Centralization where her passion for the vision of Supply Ontario originated.

Jackie is known for her collaboration, stakeholder relationships and people-focused change management expertise and brings strong relationships with Ontario public sector supply chain executives and leaders with her to Supply Ontario.

Mike Power

Chief Operating Officer

Mike has more than two decades of experience managing, integrating, and transforming complex teams and operations in some of Canada’s largest media corporations. He has held executive roles with Postmedia, Sun Media, Osprey Media, and most recently, served as President and CEO of FP Newspapers Inc.

Mike emphasizes collaboration and empowerment within teams to create more agile and customer-focused organizations and has a proven track record of success in building effective teams and consistently achieving strategic and fiscal objectives.

As Supply Ontario’s COO, Mike oversees our business operations to streamline processes, implement best practices and optimize procurement operations to achieve maximum efficiency, while aligning with government objectives and policies to ensure the successful implementation of Ontario’s procurement strategy.

David Brown

General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

David is a member of the Ontario bar and a solicitor in England and Wales.

David has extensive legal experience in both the private and public sectors. He previously worked for a number of companies in the IT sector negotiating complex outsourcing and consulting agreements. Prior to joining Supply Ontario, he worked for the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services supporting procurement and infrastructure matters.

Helena Ferreira

Chief Human Resources Officer    

Helena is a senior executive with a passion for driving business through people and culture, powerful communications, strategy, operations and stakeholder relationships. 

Helena has overseen all aspects of people, equity, and culture, developed and oversaw continuous improvement and project management centres of excellence, and corporate strategy and transformation. She has diverse experience with big public sector corporations, small start-ups and service organizations. Her past leadership roles have included the University of Toronto, the City of Brampton, Metrolinx and Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation.  

Helena holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, as well as a graduate certificate in industrial relations from Queen’s University.
