Supply Ontario is inviting qualified vendors to participate in the refresh of the Office and Classroom Products, Print and Copy Paper, and Laser Toners Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement. This is also an opportunity for new vendors to participate in this VOR arrangement.
This refresh will play a critical role in supporting Ontario’s new Classroom Supplies Program which will provide eligible elementary school teachers with direct, reliable access to essential classroom materials beginning in the 2026–27 school year.
Through this VOR arrangement, vendors will help ensure timely access to commonly used office and classroom products—including writing materials, paper products, laser toners, and other everyday essentials—supporting consistency, value for money, and ease of purchasing for elementary schools across the province.
Vendors with the capacity to supply high‑quality, reliable products at competitive pricing are encouraged to submit a response. Successful vendors will have the opportunity to:
- Support Ontario’s elementary classroom supplies program and education system
- Gain access to a broad public sector customer base
- Take part in a transparent, competitive procurement process
Interested vendors must submit their application through the Ontario Tenders Portal by June 3, 2026.
