Supply Ontario is seeking qualified vendors to participate in a new multi-vendor Enterprise Vendor of Record (EVOR) arrangement for Renovation, Demolition, Other Building, and General Contractor Services (RDBGC).
The RDBGC EVOR arrangement will support the delivery of construction, renovation, demolition, repair, modernization, and infrastructure projects for eligible public sector entities across Ontario, including:
- Ontario Public Service ministries and agencies
- Municipalities
- Hospitals and healthcare organizations
- Universities and colleges
- School boards
- Crown corporations
- Other eligible publicly funded organizations across Ontario
Services covered
The EVOR arrangement will include, but is not limited to, the following services:
- General Contracting and Construction Management
- Renovation and Interior Fit-Up Services
- Demolition Services and Hazardous Materials Work
- Building Repairs and Trade Services
- Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Services
- Building Envelope and Exterior Improvements
- Emergency Response Services
- Sustainability and Modernization Projects
- Heritage Conservation Services
- Indigenous Participation Services
- Tourism, Parks and Recreational Infrastructure Projects
