Supply Ontario is refreshing its Enterprise Vendor of Record (EVOR) arrangement for Signage Services to help direct and inform public spaces across the province.
Designed to support a wide range of public sector needs, the EVOR covers two core service categories, each including design, manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and lifecycle management:
Service Category 1: Conventional Signage
- Highway and roadway signage
- Interior wayfinding
- Informational and regulatory signage
- Parking lot signage
- Parks and community engagement signage
Service Category 2: Digital Signage
- Indoor and outdoor digital displays
- Scoreboards and audiovisual systems
- Interactive kiosks
- Digital highway signage
This refresh is targeting new vendors only. Existing vendors currently on the VOR are not impacted and do not need to submit a new bid.
Supply Ontario encourages submissions from vendors that:
- Have proven technical expertise in signage services
- Can support clients of varying sizes and complexity
- Offer end-to-end solutions across the signage lifecycle
- Demonstrate strong capabilities in innovation, accessibility and sustainable practices
Interested vendors must submit their application through the Ontario Tenders Portal by June 29, 2026 at 11 a.m. ET.
