Supply Ontario expands access to Made-in-Ontario innovation for Ontario’s health sector

TORONTO, ON — Supply Ontario is pleased to announce a contract with KA Imaging, that enables public sector entities across Ontario to access its innovative RevealTM Mobi Promobile X-ray system through Supply Ontario’s procurement program.Supply Ontario’s work connecting home-grown innovators to the health-care system is part of Ontario’s Health Innovation Pathway and is supported by our partnerships with the CAN Health Network and OBIO.

The agreement provides hospitals and other public sector healthcare organizations with a simplified procurement pathway to acquire the RevealTM Mobi Promobile X-ray systemthrough Supply Ontario’s established terms and conditions. By reducing administrative burden and procurement timelines, the agreement helps organizations focus on delivering better outcomes for patients and communities through innovative imaging technology.

RevealTM Mobi Pro is a mobile X-ray system that incorporates the RevealTM 35C detector with SpectralDR® technology. From a single X-ray exposure, the system produces a conventional X-ray image along with supplemental bone and soft tissue views. These additional views are designed to provide clinicians with more information to support image review.

The system is designed for mobile imaging at the bedside, in intensive care units, emergency departments, and other clinical settings where patient mobility may be limited. By enabling imaging closer to the patient, Reveal™ Mobi Pro supports established mobile radiography workflows across a variety of care environments.

For participating organizations, the agreement provides a common procurement pathway and access to installation, training and implementation support.
