Supply Ontario is refreshing its AI Scribe Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement and is inviting new vendors to apply and join the qualified vendor roster supporting Ontario’s growing AI Scribe Program.
The AI Scribe VOR is part of the broader Ontario AI Scribe Program, a joint effort led by Ontario Health, the Ministry of Health, OntarioMD, and Supply Ontario. By working together, these partners aim to modernize clinical workflows and reduce paperwork for healthcare providers across the province.
With this refresh, Supply Ontario is seeking new qualified vendors with the systems, scale, and capacity to support province‑wide implementation. This opportunity is open exclusively to new vendors. Vendors already awarded under the existing VOR are excluded from applying.

Expanding the roster of AI Scribe vendors will ensure healthcare providers continue to have access to high-quality, scalable solutions across the province.
