Office and Classroom Products, Print and Copy Paper and Laser Toners Vendor of Record Arrangement (Refresh)

Overview

Supply Ontario (SO) has refreshed the Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Office and Classroom Products, Print and Copy Paper and Laser Toners (Tender #21678).

The VOR arrangement is a refresh procurement, effective July 27, 2026, for an initial term of up to three years, with an option to extend for two additional one-year terms. The VOR arrangement is mandatory for Ontario Public Service (OPS) ministries and agencies and is optional for non-OPS entities including municipalities, universities, colleges, school boards, health care providers, and major transfer payment recipients.

The newly created Classroom Products Category will be used by eligible elementary teachers throughout Ontario. As announced by the Premier, the category establishes dedicated annual funding to support enhanced student learning, while reducing out‑of‑pocket expenses incurred by teachers.
