Mental Health and Addictions Provincial Data Set Services Vendor of Record Arrangement

Overview

Supply Ontario (SO) has established a new Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Mental Health and Addictions Provincial Data Set Services.

The VOR arrangement (Tender-20432), which will become effective on February 27, 2026, is set for a term of up to two (2) years with one (1) optional extension term of an additional two (2) years. The current expiry date is February 26, 2028. The VOR arrangement is optionally available to public sector entities, specifically targeting mental health and addictions healthcare service providers (MHA HSPs). It is also available to municipalities, academic institutions, school boards, health care providers, and major transfer payment recipients.

The qualified vendors for the VOR arrangement are:

  • CTSI Incorporated
  • EMHware Software Inc.
  • VitalHub Corporation

Services covered under the VOR arrangement

The services covered under this VOR arrangement are the provision of Provincial Data Set (PDS) services to healthcare service providers in the Mental Health and Addictions sector on an as-needed basis.

The VOR arrangement provides:

  • Support for community MHA HSPs that are not using a compliant provincial data set vendor system;
  • Assistance with migrating from existing analog system or client management system, to the provincially compliant vendor client management system;
  • Support for onboarding community MHA HSPs  to the provincial data set through the established onboarding process; and
  • Vendor assurance that ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and future integrations to the system are completed, as required.
