Overview
Supply Ontario (SO) has established a new Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Reveal Mobi-Pro mobile X-ray system, Reveal 35C detector package, related accessories, software, training and options for warranty.
The VOR arrangement (Tender-21429), which came into effect on July 2, 2026, is set for a term of up to two (2) years, with one (1) optional extension term of one (1) year. The current expiry date is July 1, 2028. The VOR arrangement is optionally available to non-OPS clients including municipalities, universities, colleges, school boards, health care providers, and major transfer payment recipients.
KA Imaging Inc. is the single qualified vendor for the VOR arrangement.
Product and services covered under the VOR arrangement
The product and services covered under this VOR arrangement are for supply of a single-exposure, dual-energy mobile X-Ray system to support point-of-care and bedside imaging across Ontario healthcare settings.
Key Benefits
The VOR arrangement provides:
- Support for eligible Ontario public-sector healthcare entities to access a standardized catalogue of equipment and services, including the Reveal 35C Retrofit detector package, Reveal Mobi-Pro mobile system, optional DICOM Worklist Software and hardware, extended warranty options, and clinical application/configuration training.
- Enhanced vendor support through local coordination with Ontario healthcare entities, including implementation and service responsiveness.
- Improves efficiencies and business processes.
- Provides consistency of terms, pricing, ordering, implementation support, warranty coverage and reporting, while reducing one-off contracting by individual healthcare entities.
