Overview
Supply Ontario (SO) has established a new Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for the Supply, Delivery and Placement of Barriers (Tender #21416). The successful vendors are:
- Budget Blocks
- Green Infrastructure Partners Paving Inc.
- Hughson Barriers Inc.
- McLean Taylor Construction Limited
- Powell (Richmond Hill) Contracting Limited
- Royal Fence Ltd.
The VOR arrangement, effective May 21, 2026, is for a term of up to three (3) years with an option to extend for up to one-year extension.
Childcare centres and public sector entities will conduct a second-stage selection process designed to support tailored outcomes by enabling organizations to define their unique operational and service requirements, while driving competition among qualified vendors to deliver innovative, high-value, and cost-effective solutions.
