Jamie Wallace

Chief Executive Officer

Previously, Jamie served as the Chief of Staff to the Premier of Ontario. During his time leading the Office of the Premier of Ontario, including throughout the global COVID-19 pandemic, Jamie supported the policy work, delivery and implementation of the government’s agenda in partnership with the Ontario Public Service.

Prior to joining government, Jamie spent more than 30 years in the media industry, most recently as a vice president with Postmedia. He also had an extensive career as a journalist and is highly regarded as an operational and transformational leader.

Amol Chiplunkar

Interim Chief Legal Officer

Amol is a strategic legal executive with more than 12 years of experience advising complex organizations on corporate and commercial matters. As Interim Chief Legal Officer at Supply Ontario, he provides practical, principled counsel to executive leadership, supporting effective public service delivery while safeguarding accountability, transparency and sound governance.

He is known for his sound judgment, steady leadership during periods of organizational transformation, and his ability to align legal strategy with public policy objectives and operational priorities.

Prior to joining Supply Ontario, Amol served as Head of Legal, Canada for a large North American experiential marketing agency. He also spent six years at PwC LLP in the Office of the General Counsel, advising on commercial transactions, regulatory matters, governance and enterprise risk management.

Helena Ferreira

Chief Human Resources Officer    

Helena is a senior executive with a passion for driving business through people and culture, powerful communications, strategy, operations and stakeholder relationships. 

Helena has overseen all aspects of people, equity, and culture, developed and oversaw continuous improvement and project management centres of excellence, and corporate strategy and transformation. She has diverse experience with big public sector corporations, small start-ups and service organizations. Her past leadership roles have included the University of Toronto, the City of Brampton, Metrolinx and Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation.  

Helena holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, as well as a graduate certificate in industrial relations from Queen’s University. 

Robert Greene

Interim Chief Financial Officer

Rob is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in financial management in the public sector. Rob joined Supply Ontario in February 2024 where he has served as the Director of Finance.

Prior to joining Supply Ontario, he spent over 20 years in the Ontario Public Service where he served in various corporate finance roles within the Ministries of the Solicitor General, Health, Environment as well as Treasury Board Secretariat. In his previous roles, he oversaw and provided strategic oversight on large operating and capital budgets and directly delivered construction projects in complex operational environments.

Rob is known for his collaborative leadership style, strong analytical mindset, and forward-thinking approach to enhancing operational efficiency and long-term public value for Ontarians.

Chief of Staff

Alexandra brings a wealth of experience from both the public and private sectors, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic insight. 

Prior to joining Supply Ontario, Alexandra served as Vice President, Government Relations at Loyalist Public Affairs. She also held progressively senior roles over six years within the Government of Ontario, including key leadership positions in the Premier’s Office and for six provincial cabinet ministers. Most recently, she served as Chief of Staff, where she led high-impact portfolios such as housing, small business, and more. 

Alexandra has played a critical role in shaping public policy and advancing strategic initiatives, including contributing to five provincial budgets and serving as Director of Operations for the Minister of Finance. She has experience navigating government processes and decision-making at Queen’s Park and has a background in strategic communication, government relations and operations.  

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Ottawa and a postgraduate certificate in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Seneca College.

Jackie Korecki

Chief Operating Officer

Jackie is responsible for the Enterprise Vendor of Record Program (over 75 contracts available for commonly used goods and services), for Advisory services for Ministries, including using advanced procurement strategies to solve government problems, and for vendor outreach for doing business with Ontario as well as supporting functions such as reporting.  Jackie is also responsible for the end-to-end supply chain for the Provincial Stockpile of Personal Protective Equipment and Critical Supplies. 

Jackie is a seasoned public sector executive with extensive experience in the Ontario Public Sector, most recently as Assistant Deputy Minister of Supply Chain Ontario in the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery.  In this role, Jackie led pre-pandemic engagement activities related to Supply Chain Centralization where her passion for the vision of Supply Ontario originated.

Jackie is known for her collaboration, stakeholder relationships and people-focused change management expertise and brings strong relationships with Ontario public sector supply chain executives and leaders with her to Supply Ontario.

Katy Lalonde

Interim Chief Data and Digital Officer

Katy Lalonde has over 15 years of public sector experience, including previously as Director, Digital at Supply Ontario, and as the Assistant Deputy Minister, and founding member of, the Ontario Digital Service. She also serves on the National Board of Directors for the Institute for Public Administration of Canada (IPAC). 

Her expertise is in technology and digital strategy, in the leadership and operations of digital organizations inside government, and in the delivery of user-centred services.
