This VOR arrangement aims to deliver a standardized equipment and services catalogue, including the Reveal™ 35C spectral X-ray detector package, Reveal™ Mobi-Pro mobile X-ray system, associated software, accessories, training, implementation support and warranty services to the Ontario Public Service (OPS) and the Broader Public Sector (BPS) with the goal of supporting, managing, and providing care for Ontarians.

The product and services covered under this VOR arrangement are for supply of a single-exposure, dual-energy mobile X-Ray system to support point-of-care/bedside imaging across Ontario healthcare settings.

Tender-21453 – Consistent Educational Resources

The Consistent Educational Resources Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement is established to support all Ontario School Boards by providing access to high-quality, curriculum-aligned learning resources for students in Grades 1 through 12 across all subject areas. Nelson Education LTD., through their Edwin platform, will serve as the single channel through which consistent classroom learning resources are made available to teachers across Ontario.

What’s New?

The new Consistent Educational Resources VOR arrangement is designed to provide a centralized and streamlined approach to accessing curriculum-aligned classroom resources and will encompass the following:

  • Provide a wide range of high-quality, curriculum-aligned learning resources covering Grades 1 to 12 across all subject areas;
  • Enable educators to access digital learning materials from anywhere within Ontario, supporting both in-class and remote learning environments;
  • Maintain and update educational content regularly to ensure alignment with Minister-issued Ontario curriculum requirements;
  • Deliver and support an online learning platform, Edwin, which will serve as a centralized hub for educators to access, manage, and integrate resources into their instructional practices;

Through this arrangement, educators will benefit from consistent, flexible, and easy access to high-quality classroom resources, helping to enhance student engagement, achievement, and overall learning outcomes.

The vendor was selected through a competitive RFB process. The term of the VOR Arrangement is four years with an option to extend for up to two additional two-year terms.

Tender_21416 – Supply, Delivery and Placement of Barriers

Supply Ontario has established a new Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for the Supply, Delivery and Placement of Barriers. This arrangement includes multiple vendors who have been pre-qualified through a competitive Request for Bids (RFB) process.

The barriers will serve as vehicle mitigation. The barriers are intended to provide motor vehicle impact protection for licensed child care centres, and other facilities, both indoors and outdoors, by preventing vehicles from breaching building exteriors or outdoor play spaces and entering classrooms or play areas, thereby safeguarding children and staff.

The VOR arrangement, which is effective from April 7, 2026, through to April 6, 2029, is for a term of three (3) years, with one (1) additional optional extension term of one (1) year. The VOR arrangement is optionally available to non-OPS entities.

OPS and Non-OPS entities may access the information through the Doing Business portal. All other clients must follow the standard Second Stage Selection process and will be responsible for any costs associated with acquisitions made through this Vendor of Record (VOR).

Request for Service (RFS)/ Statement of Work (SOW)

The Supply, Delivery and Placement of Barriers VOR is support of Ontario’s broader initiative in enhancing child safety at community-based child care centres throughout Ontario.

Tender-21283 – Multiple Languages and Assistive Language Services

The primary goal is to establish a flexible, multi-vendor VOR for a term of six (6) years.

This VOR will serve as a roster of pre-qualified suppliers. Client organizations will use this roster to invite vendors to bid on their specific needs through a simplified second-stage selection process.

This EVOR will cover various languages with the exception of French.
The client base is diverse, ranging from large provincial ministries with complex risk management requirements to smaller BPS entities with more focused needs. Therefore, service providers with experience supporting clients of all sizes and complexities are strongly encouraged to respond.

Vendors were selected through an open, competitive procurement process conducted in accordance with applicable public‑sector procurement requirements.

Interested suppliers were required to submit a formal bid, which was evaluated against published mandatory and rated criteria, including technical capability, service coverage, and pricing. Only vendors that met all mandatory requirements and achieved the required evaluation thresholds were awarded VOR status.

All successful vendors are pre‑qualified under the MLALS VOR and eligible to provide services within the approved scope for the duration of the agreement.

The MLALS Vendor of Record (VOR) is established for a six‑year term, providing long‑term stability and continuity of access to qualified language service providers for participating organizations.

The agreement includes optional annual refresh opportunities, allowing the contracting authority to review the VOR on a yearly basis. These refreshes may be used to:

  • Add or replace vendors,
  • Update service offerings or requirements, and
  • Ensure continued alignment with market conditions and user needs.

This structure balances long‑term vendor availability with the flexibility to maintain a current, competitive, and responsive VOR over the life of the agreement.

The Specialized Assessment Disability Management Services (SADMS) Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement provides streamlined access to qualified professionals who deliver specialized assessment and disability management services. This flexible procurement framework enables organizations to efficiently obtain expert support, ensuring consistent standards, timely service delivery, and value for money.

The VOR encompasses the following eight (8) Service Categories:

Service Category 1 – Job Demands Analysis

  • Detailed assessments of the physical, cognitive, behavioural, and environmental requirements of job tasks.

Service Category 2 – Disability Related Ergonomic Services

  • Comprehensive ergonomic evaluations to identify risks and inform appropriate accommodation strategies.

Service Category 3 – Functional Abilities Evaluation Services

  • Standardized functional testing to determine an employee’s capacity to meet job demands.

Service Category 4 – Independent Medical/Health Evaluation Services

  • Coordinated medical and health assessments performed by qualified practitioners.

The SADMS VOR is structured across two (2) Service Areas to ensure province wide coverage. Vendors who are qualified for a given Service Category may be qualified in either one Service Area or both:

The six (6) year term of this VOR commenced on July 3, 2022, and expires on July 2, 2028.

The Media Planning and Buying Services Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangement provides streamlined access to expert media planning and buying services, enabling organizations to strategically place media, optimize reach and value, and effectively engage target audiences across channels.

The Public Relations & Communications Services Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangement provides streamlined access to comprehensive public relations and communications services delivered across paid, owned, and earned media channels. These include paid media such as television, radio, print, outdoor, digital, and social media influencer platforms; owned media including organizational websites and social media channels; and earned media such as news coverage and word-of-mouth engagement. Tender-20073 – Archaeological Services

Supply Ontario established an Enterprise Vendor of Record (EVOR) arrangement for the provision of Archaeological Services to support Ontario Public Sector (OPS) and the Broader Public Sector (BPS), also referred to as Non-OPS. The Vendor(s) will be conducting archaeological assessments, burial site investigations, monitoring, and related advisory services in accordance with the Standards and Guidelines for Consultant Archaeologists (Ministry of Citizenship and Multiculturalism, 2011).

The Vendor(s) will be expected to demonstrate technical expertise, cultural awareness, and compliance with applicable legislation, standards, and ethical requirements in the performance of all archaeological work.

Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for a comprehensive suite of financial credit information, identity verification, and decision support services. This VOR is for use by Ontario Public Service (OPS) ministries and Broader Public Sector (BPS) entities. The objective is to establish relationships with multiple qualified service providers to meet the diverse needs of the OPS and Non-OPS entities.

This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established to provide additional and supplemental audit services to all Ministries and approved agencies of the Government of Ontario and may optionally be used by Non-OPS entities. The term of this arrangement is for two years. The Contract shall expire on the original Expiry Date, unless Supply Ontario exercises its option to extend the Contract for a period of up to two (2) years.

The Mental Health and Addictions Provincial Data Set (MHDA PDS) services is a Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement established to provide Provincial Data Set services optionally to non-Ontario Public Service (Non-OPS) entities, with focus towards servicing Healthcare Service Providers in Mental Health and Addictions sector.

The Mental Health and Addictions Provincial Data Set (MHDA PDS) services Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement provides:

  • Support to community Mental Health and Addictions Healthcare Service Providers (MHA HSPs) who are not on a compliant PDS vendor system to migrate from their current analog system or Client Management System (CMS) to the vendor CMS that is PDS compliant
  • Support to community MHA HSPs in onboarding to the MHA PDS through the established onboarding process.
  • Vendor assurance to ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and future integrations to the system are completed, as required.

The objective of this RFB is to identify qualified Vendor(s) to provide goods and services as outlined in this document to various Clients across the province of Ontario. This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established for the provision of a variety of services on a continuous or as-needed basis to support the Ontario Public Service (OPS) and Non-OPS fleet requirements and can be accessed by the OPS and Non-OPS organizations across Ontario.

The term of this VOR arrangement is for a period of five (5) years with an option to extend the VOR arrangement under the same terms and conditions, for an additional two, two-year terms.

Tender-20820 – Furniture Solutions

This Vendor of Record (VOR) was established to provide office furniture and modular walls to all Ministries and approved agencies of the Government of Ontario and may optionally be used by Provincially Funded Organizations. The term of this arrangement is for four years with one optional one-year extension available.

Tender-20960 – Client Relationship Management Solutions

The VOR will provide a comprehensive range of CRM solutions and services to OPS and, optionally, non-OPS clients across the Province of Ontario. These offerings will include, but are not limited to, CRM platforms, implementation services, integration with enterprise systems, data migration, training, support, and strategic advisory services.

Clients will be able to access the CRM VOR on an “as and when required’ basis through a second-stage selection process, allowing for solution and service selection tailored to their unique requirements.

This VOR is a multi-lot VOR with two (2) Categories:

Category 1: CRM Core Solution

Includes the provision of enterprise-grade CRM platforms and capabilities, such as:

  • Case management and contact management
  • Omnichannel communication and engagement
  • Workflow automation and AI-powered insights
  • Real-time dashboards and analytics

The term of the Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement will be five (5) years. Supply Ontario may, at its discretion, issue Refresh RFBs during the term to add new vendors.

Tender-21112 – Cyber Safety Learning Resources

The Cyber Safety Learning Resource Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangement encompasses the development and delivery of comprehensive cyber safety learning and awareness resources for Ontario’s K–12 education sector, aligned with the Ontario curriculum in English and French.

The educational content will address a broad range of topics that are kept up-to-date and relevant, essential to digital citizenship, safety and well-being, including but not limited to:

  1. Online safety and well-being
  2. Data privacy
  3. Bullying, cyberbullying and other types of risks
  4. Digital literacy and communication
  5. Digital etiquette, responsibility and consent
  6. Effects of screen time and internet use on mental health and well being
  7. Critical thinking related to online content including social media and Artificial Intelligence (AI)

  11. Managing digital footprint and online presence

Vendors were selected through an open competitive RFB process. The term of the VOR Arrangement is four years with an option to extend the agreement for two additional two-year terms under the same terms and conditions.

The arrangement will offer a comprehensive range of End-User Computing Products and Related Services to OPS and Non-OPS clients. These offerings include, but are not limited to, laptops, desktops, tablets, computer accessories, computer displays, and associated professional services. Clients will be able to procure these Products and Services on an “as and when required” basis through a subsequent second-stage selection process

This VOR is a multi-lot VOR with two (2) Categories:

Category 1 – Enterprise EUC Products and Related Services.
This category includes a range of business-grade computing products, including mobile and desktop computing devices, servers, storage solutions, and relevant software. Products mustmeet high standards of quality, consistency, and lifecycle support. Services include product installation, configuration, and optional maintenance.

Category 2 – Apple Inc. (“Apple”) Products and Related Services.
This category includes a comprehensive range of Apple products, including MacBooks, iPads, Apple Watches, and other Apple devices. Services include product installation, configuration, and support.

Professional Services (Applicable to Both Categories):
Planning support for product requirements and standardization
Asset tagging and inventory management.

Configuration and installation services at the customer’s location,

Lifecycle management, including end-of-life notifications and recommended replacements.

The term of the Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement will be for three (3) years with one (1) additional option to extend for one (1) year.

Emergency Management and Preparedness Services Vendor of Record Arrangement is to support the Province of Ontario in the eventuality of emergency services as required in Ontario. Selected Vendor(s) to provide planning and support services to implement Evacuation contingency models for hosting Evacuees in the event of an Incident requiring an Evacuation in a Host Community.

Tender-20123 – Artificial Intelligent Solutions – AI Scribe

Supply Ontario has established a new Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Artificial Intelligence Solutions – AI Scribe. This arrangement includes multiple vendors who have been pre-qualified through a competitive Request for Bids (RFB) process.

The AI scribe VOR is part of Ontario’s broader initiative to promote the responsible and effective adoption of digital health technologies and to assist healthcare providers. This program was developed in partnership with key organizations, including the Ministry of Health, Ontario Health, and OntarioMD.

The VOR arrangement, which is effective from April 27, 2025 through to April 27, 2028, is for a term of three (3) years, with one (1) additional optional extension term of one (1) year. The VOR arrangement is optionally available to non-OPS entities including entities in public healthcare sector.

This VOR arrangement will introduce a digital tool designed to reduce the administrative burden on healthcare practitioners, allowing them to focus more on patient care. This will enhance patient engagement, improve care coordination, and optimize clinical workflows.

Tender-17036 – Electronic Fax Service (eFax Service), branded as faxOPS+

The agreement for Digital Fax Services (eFax) (Tender 17036) is a result of an open and competitive process completed by the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement.

eFax is a technology that leverages the internet and email infrastructure for routing faxes rather than the traditional fax line machine method.

eFax emails are converted part way along the internet transmission into a traditional fax image and then re-routed over a traditional fax line machine to the destination site. This allows an end user to continue to use traditional fax if this is their only option due to geographic limitations (e.g. lack of broadband connectivity) or other socio-economic challenges.

Tender-15733 – x86 Server Products Maintenance Services and Related Services

The agreement for x86 Server Products Maintenance Services and Related Services available under Ontario’s Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangement # OSS Tender 15733 is a result of an open and competitive process completed by the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery awarded starting June 27, 2022 for a period of three (3) years with the option of the Ministry to extend for an additional two (2) one-year periods.

Tender-17543 – IT Security Products and Services

This VOR arrangement covers Products and Services (collectively referred to as “Solutions”) across 34 Categories. 

This VOR arrangement will be in effect until its expiration or cancelation, for a term of up to three years, with no additional extensions available. 

This VOR arrangement provides Clients the flexibility to establish details for reporting, more specific details for service level agreements, trial products, etc., while still creating a detailed framework in which to achieve at least minimum percentage discounts off Solutions’ Prices. 

OSS-00377058 – Supply & Delivery Of Electronic Tendering Services

This VOR arrangement is to provide eTendering services to the Ontario Public Service. It is intended that the services provided under the Agreement will assist the Ministry in standardizing and automating processes in support of open, fair and competitive procurements. 

The term of the Agreement has been extended to end October 31, 2022 with the same terms and conditions. 

MGS-OPENTEXT-VLA – Volume Licensing Agreement (VLA) with OpenText Corporation for provision of Enterprise Information Management Products and Services

In November 2019 Ontario entered into a Volume Licensing Agreement (VLA) with OpenText Corporation (OpenText) for the provision of Modules and Services related to Enterprise Information Management. The Modules covered by the VLA are: Content Suite, Process Suite, Customer Experience Management (CEM) Suite, Ecosystem, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, Third-Party Solutions. The VLA also has provision for acquisition of maintenance and technical support services for all Modules listed above, along with related professional services. The VLA allows for a product refresh, and additional products and services may be added from time to time per the Master Agreement and the list of Modules will be updated periodically. The initial term of the VLA is three (3) years, effective November 25, 2019 with two extensions of three (3) years and two (2) years respectively, at the discretion of the Ministry, and on the same terms and conditions. The VLA is for mandatory-use for all ministries and agencies covered by the OPS Procurement Directive, and for optional use by non-OPS entities and other jurisdictions.

Tender-15700 – Software Reseller

The Government of Ontario has invested in a wide selection of software products to deliver services to the citizens of Ontario, including software supporting the data centre hosting infrastructure and business applications. 

The establishment of an Enterprise Software Reseller Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement will improve the processing time to acquire software, maintenance and support and will reduce administrative and vendor burden and enable efficiencies in renewing contracts. 

Additionally, the Software Reseller VOR arrangement will bring methodologies that enable better spend visibility on software products across the province, review and validate return on investment for these software products, evaluate efficiencies and utilize this data to negotiate future volume-based discounts. 

This VOR arrangement may optionally be used by Provincially Funded Organizations. The term of this arrangement is for three years with the option to extend the contract for two additional one-year terms in accordance with the same terms and conditions.

Tender-15176 – Information and Information Technology (IIT) Solutions Consulting Services

This VOR arrangement should be used to meet the needs of customers who require vendors to deliver their I&IT projects, start to finish. Suppliers to this VOR arrangement will be required to provide and manage a project team comprised of their full-time employees and, if necessary, sub-contractors and/or other resources to provide IIT solutions consulting services for projects involving one or more of the service categories. listed below. This VOR arrangement should NOT be used for short-term or task-based tasks. 

REMARKS 
This User Guide is intended to provide guidance on the use of Vendor of Record Arrangement (VOR) #Tender_15176 for I&IT Solutions Consulting Services (Solutions). This VOR arrangement replaces the I&IT Solutions Consulting Services VOR Agreement (Tender_9951), which expired on December 31, 2022. 

By replacing the expired VOR, the service categories and roles have been harmonized. Services and roles are generically available in this VOR arrangement, in two panes: 

  • Stream A means suppliers qualified to work on projects under $5 million only. 
  • Stream B means sellers qualified to work on projects of $5 million and above. Vendors qualified for Stream B are also automatically qualified for projects under Stream A.

Tender-12075 – Managed Services Provider for Contingent IT Resources

The Managed Service Provider (MSP) for Contingent Information Technology (IT) Resources services is a Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement established to provide to all ministries and approved agencies of the Government of Ontario, and may optionally be used by non-Ontario Public Service (OPS) entities. The MSP will provide MSP services and be the single channel through which Contingent IT Resources are provided to clients. The MSP will be responsible for sourcing, providing and managing the Contingent IT Resources. 

The Managed Service Provider (MSP) model reflects input from vendors, as well as market research. It is a best practice recognized by the IT and vendor communities and used widely by private and public sector organizations and jurisdictions, including five other provinces. This new arrangement is in line with the government’s digital transformation initiatives and its work on an integrated supply chain that is anticipated to reduce costs and make it easier and more efficient to do business with government and across the broader public sector. 

What’s New?  

The New Managed Service Provider (MSP) for Contingent IT Resources Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement is designed to replace the Government of Ontario’s existing I&IT Task-Based VOR with a single Managed Service Provider. The MSP will be the single channel through which Contingent IT Resources are provided to clients. The MSP will be responsible for sourcing, providing and managing the Contingent IT Resources by performing the following: 

  • The MSP will conduct and maintain the registration and qualification of a list of IT Qualified Firms in a transparent manner per pre-specified criteria; 
  • Ensure there is no limit on the number of IT Qualified Firms and update this list regularly; 
  • The MSP will provide market scans to ensure the Province is paying fair market rates for Contingent IT Resources; 
  • The roles under the new MSP for Contingent IT Resources VOR arrangement will be updated as may be required, including associated rates; 

The MSP will provide a Vendor Management System (VMS) to automate and support the selection and management of the Contingent IT Resources.

Tender-10223 – Security Screening Services

This mandatory VOR arrangement for Security Screening Services applies to all Ontario Public Service (OPS) ministries, Commission public bodies and Infrastructure Ontario for contractor and employment screening purposes since June 30, 2019.  

Triton Canada Inc. is authorized to administer security screening services, for five years, with the possibility of three additional one-year extensions effective April 2019.  

The following three services categories are included in this VOR arrangement, further services will be added when available:  

Service Category 1: OPS Contractor Screening  

The Vendor will provide check processing services for contractor screening, on behalf of Supply Ontario (SO) and agencies.  

Service Category 2: OPS Employee Screening  

The Vendor will provide check processing services of prospective and existing employees on behalf of SO.  

Service Category 3: OPP Civil Screening  

The Vendor will provide file intake services only, to facilitate the processing of police record checks by the OPP Security Enquiries Unit (SEU), for OPP Detachments.

Tender-19440 – 2024 Equipment and Technical Services for Event Staging

This VOR arrangement provides audio-visual, production, web-based communications, recording, technical and staging equipment and services for media events, news conferences, announcements, stakeholder meetings, and large-scale public commemorative events.

Tender-18832 – 2024 Indigenous and Multicultural Communication Services

Ontario’s population is highly diverse with citizens from over 200 countries speaking more than 130 languages. This has significant communications and marketing implications for Ontario ministries and agencies, their business and consumer bases, and workforces. 

Indigenous and Multicultural communities need to know about Ontario programs and services. This is best achieved by effectively communicating: 

  • in their preferred language(s) 
  • via channels that reach them 
  • in culturally appropriate ways. 

Cultural marketing experts within the VOR can also help clients to: 

  • discover alternative communication channels  
  • earn relevancy and trust with audiences, while discovering and implementing all the critical nuances to communicate and market authentically.  

The term of this arrangement is for two years with no extension option. 

Only VOR vendors who have won a second-stage competition contract are required to report their monthly billing and only in the months when they actually billed something. There are no pricing rates in the VOR Master Agreement. 

Tender-18066 – Graphic Design and Creative Services

The Graphic Design VOR provides government ministries/agencies with graphic design and creative services for communications that do not require paid media (e.g., annual reports, tradeshow/event/retail collateral, infographics, animations, video, website design-deployment, social media, branding-visual identity). This VOR must be used for all design purchases of $5,000 or more. The term of the VOR Master Agreement is four years.

Tender-8121 – Cloud Computing Services IaaS/PaaS

This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established to provide Public Cloud Services, specifically, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) services to all Ministries and approved agencies of the Government of Ontario, and may optionally be used by Non-OPS Entities. 

Qualified vendors must be able to supply both Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) products and services, as defined by NIST, that meet the Ministry’s requirements. 

Cloud Computing – Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) 

Public cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) products and services that provide the ability to provision processing, storage, networks, and other fundamental computing resources where organizations can deploy and run arbitrary software, which can include operating systems and applications. 

Cloud Computing – Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) 

Public cloud Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) products and services that provide the ability to deploy onto the cloud infrastructure organization-created or acquired applications created using programming languages, libraries, services, and tools supported by the Vendor. 

The term of this arrangement is for two years with the option to extend the contract for three additional one-year terms in accordance with the same terms and conditions.

Tender-19721 – IT & Business Research Subscription Services

The VOR will provide IT and HR Research Subscription Services to OPS and non-OPS clients, on an “as and when requested” basis, across the Province of Ontario through a subsequent second stage selection process initiated by Clients. 

  • Stream #1 – Information Technology (IT) 
  • Stream #2 – Human Resources (HR) 

Each stream will be composed of two categories: 

  • Category A – Research Subscription Services 
  • Category B – Research Subscription Services and Analyst Access 

The term of the agreement will be for a period of four (4) years, commencing upon the execution of the agreement, with the option in favor of Supply Ontario to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to one (1) additional term of two (2) years. 

The use of the VOR arrangement is mandatory for all ministries and agencies covered by the OPS Procurement Directive, regardless of value. The VOR arrangement will also be open to non-OPS entities on an optional basis. 

Tender-19821 – Cleaning Supplies and Sanitary Paper Products

Supply Ontario (SO) has established a new Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Cleaning Supplies and Sanitary Paper Products (tender #19821).  

Cleaning supplies include products such as, but not limited to, garbage bags, cleaning chemicals, cleaning tools, laundry detergents, personal hand soaps and dispensers. Sanitary papers are paper products for personal use such as toilet paper and paper towels.

The VOR arrangement is mandatory for OPS ministries and agencies and is optionally available to non-OPS entities including municipalities, academic institutions, school boards, health care providers, and major transfer payment recipients. 

The VOR arrangement provides consistent quality and service, and discounted prices on core items on as needed basis such as: 

  • Garbage bags 
  • Paper Products 
  • Cleaning Supplies

The VOR also offers percentage discount off catalogue items including items in relation to cleaning supplies and sanitary paper products. 

Authorization to purchase the goods/services contained in this VOR arrangement may be made by P-Card or purchase order. 

The order may be placed through (a) the Supplier’s website; (b) by telephone; or (c) submit completed Order Forms to Supplier electronically or on paper.

The Branded Digital Content Services VOR assists Ministries and approved Agencies by providing digital content creation services to develop customized products (e.g., video, art, articles, images, and graphics) to dynamically inform, engage, and inspire consumer and business audiences. Qualified vendors can be engaged to produce high-quality strategic / executional work, while flawlessly delivering campaign, design, production, project, and budget components. Vendors possess knowledge of latest trends and best practices in content creation, plus social and digital media marketing.
