Tender-19510 – 2024 Direct-to-Production Services VOR

The Direct-to-Production Services VOR provides creative and production services for paid/unpaid media channels where the client wishes to procure creative and/or production services directly from the vendor (e.g., broadcast TV/radio production, video production, raw video footage editing, video accessibility remediation, live event video and live streaming-event facilitation, animation, motion graphics, audio production, photography, copy/script writing). The term of this arrangement is 4 years.

Policy and Procedures 

The Advertising & Communications Services Procurement Branch (ACSPB) of Supply Ontario is designated as a Mandatory Central Common Service for the procurement of creative communications services like advertising, public relations, graphic design, production, media planning and buying, etc.  
 
The ACSPB ensures that ministries and applicable government agencies acquire these services in a manner that is fair, open, transparent, geographically neutral, accessible to qualified vendors and drives value for money. 
 
ACSPB creative communications procurements are governed by the Procurement Directive on Advertising, Public and Media Relations and Creative Communications Services (Revised May 1, 2019), not the OPS Procurement Directive (though the two are aligned in many places). The Advertising Procurement Directive applies to:  

  • all ministries  
  • all advisory, adjudicative, and regulatory agencies, as classified under the Agency Establishment and Accountability Directive 
  • Other classified agencies, if required by their reporting ministry (the Procurement Directive on Advertising, Public and Media Relations and Creative Communications Services will be listed in an agency’s Memorandum of Understanding with their ministry, if they need to follow this Directive)

Tender-15492 – Supply and Delivery of Bulk Propane

This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established for the acquisition of bulk propane to all ministries and approved agencies of the Government of Ontario and may optionally be used by Non-OPS Entities. The term of this arrangement is for six years.

Tender_19226 – Aviation Fuel

Aviation fuels refer to a specification of fuels required by fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft. 

The preferred delivery methods for aviation fuels are: 

  1. Direct-to-Aircraft; 
  2. Bulk Delivery; and 
  3. Drum Delivery. 

All three methods required the delivery of aviation fuels to fixed, remote and/or temporary locations across the province of Ontario (and in some instances, outside the province of Ontario) including into fixed and/or temporary fuel storage systems. 

This VOR Arrangement is for a period of four (4) years with no extension option. 

Tender-15745 – Workplace Investigation, Mediation, Restoration and Training Services

This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established to provide services primarily related to allegations of harassment, discrimination and violence in the workplace within the Ontario Public Service. The services under this Vendor of Record Agreement will be used by all Ontario ministries. They may also be utilized, on a voluntary basis, by Non-OPS Entities. This agreement is concluded for a period of three years, with the possibility of renewal of two times one year in accordance with the same terms. Four (4) categories of services are as follows: 

  1. Workplace Investigative Services;

  3. Workplace Recovery and Review Services;

This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established for the supply and delivery of bulk fuels to all ministries and approved agencies of the Government of Ontario, and may optionally be used by non-OPS entities. The term of this VOR arrangement is for two years with the option to extend the VOR arrangement for two additional one-year terms under the same terms and conditions.

Tender-19200 – Temporary Help Services

This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established to provide temporary help services to all Ministries and approved agencies of the Government of Ontario, and may optionally be used by Broader Public Sector. The term of this arrangement is for five (5) years with no option to extend the contract. 

Vendors are required to maintain Temporary Help Agency Licence under Employment Standards Act, 2000 (ESA).

Tender-17892 – Management Consulting Services

This VOR Arrangement is intended to replace the 2018 Management Consulting Services (Tender 7434) VOR arrangement. This VOR arrangement is primarily for management consulting services and roles which require specific skills and knowledge. The roles that appear in this VOR arrangement may be considered for both IT and non-IT projects. Clients will be able to use roles from this VOR arrangement, as appropriate, to obtain the services that are necessary to complete their projects.

Tender-19539 – Employee Relocation Services

The Employee Relocation Services Vender of Record (VOR) is to assist eligible Ontario Public Service (OPS) employees who, due to the nature of their work, may be required to relocate during their employment. The program is designed to assist employees with all aspects of relocation. Participation in the Employee Relocation Program is not mandatory. Relocating employees have the option to utilize the program in part or in full. 

The program is based on entitlements stipulated in various collective agreements and the Management Board of Cabinet’s Relocation Expenses Directive.

        This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established to provide hazardous waste collection and disposal services to all Ministries and approved agencies of the Government of Ontario and may optionally be used by Provincially Funded Organizations. The term of this arrangement is for six years.

        Tender-15894 – Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Supplies and Consumables

        This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established to provide laboratory supplies and consumables, and safety supplies, to all Ministries and approved agencies of the Government of Ontario, and may optionally be used by Non-OPS Organizations. The term of this arrangement is for three years with the option to extend the contract for 1 additional two (2) year term in accordance with the same terms and conditions.

        Tender-15897 – Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Gases

        This Vendor of Record Arrangement was established to provide various common laboratory gases for a wide range of scientific testing across multiple laboratories within Ontario. The agreement includes a core list of products at a set price in addition to a set percentage discount off all items in the supplier’s catalogue. The term of this arrangement is for three years with the option to extend the contract for an additional two-year term in accordance with the same terms and conditions.

        Tender-18702 – Experience Design and Related Services

        This VOR Arrangement is intended to replace the 2018 Experience Design and Related Digital Services (Tender 8462) VOR arrangement. This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement has been established to provide user research and hypotheses testing services, for Discovery and Alpha phases, including the recruitment of user research participants.

        Tender-18163 – Security Guard Services

        This VOR arrangement is in effect from Dec.02, 2023, to Dec.01, 2028, with no option for renewal. A Statement of Work (SOW) can survive the expiry of the VOR (i.e., master agreement) for the term specified in the SOW, up to a maximum of six (6) months. 

        Clients must note that a SOW cannot be signed after the expiry of the master agreement, which is Dec.01, 2028. Also, any SOW signed prior to the expiry of the master agreement cannot extend beyond six (6) months from the expiry of the master agreement. 

        In other words, all SOWs must:  

        1. Be signed on or before Dec.01, 2028; 
        2. Terminate on or before Jun.01, 2029.

        Tender-19516 – 2024 Commissioned Research Services Vendor of Record

        This new VOR is designed to provide government and agency Clients who require assistance from a Vendor in acquiring and interpreting the opinion of Ontarians (and occasionally others) to inform policy and communication development and roll-out. The “research” covered by this VOR is often called “market” or “public-opinion” research. This VOR encompasses design, implementation, and support services for quantitative and qualitative research, and research data/analysis services, in support of public policy formulation and evaluation, program development and delivery, as well as pre-testing and evaluation of advertising campaigns. This VOR does not cover policy analysis beyond public perceptions, nor is it intended for academic studies of policy or organizational structures.  

        Service Categories applicable to this VOR Arrangement: 

        • Quantitative Research Services 
        • Qualitative Research Services 
        • Data / Analysis Research Services 

        This VOR is mandatory for OPS entities and optional for non-OPS entities. 

        The VOR Arrangement is for a period of four (4) years with no extension option.  

        Effective Date: 03-September-2024 
        Expiry Date: 02-September-2028 

        After the first two (2) years of the Term have passed, Supply Ontario may choose to re-open the VOR once to allow additional vendors to join the VOR or to add a new Service Category. 

        Any Statement of Work executed prior to the end of the Term of the Master Agreement can remain in effect one (1) year beyond the Term of the Master Agreement (to September 2, 2029 latest). 

        OSS-00559105 – Corporate Cards Services

        This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established for the provision corporate card services both Purchasing Cards (Pcards) and Travel Cards (Tcards) . The VOR may optionally be used by Provincially Funded Organizations. Pcards are used for low dollar value purchases and Tcards are used for expenditures for approved business related travel.  

        The term of this VOR arrangement is for six (6) years starting April 01, 2017 with the option to extend the VOR arrangement for two additional two (2) year terms under the same terms and conditions which expires March 31, 2027.

        OSS-00589311 – Fleet Management Services

        This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established for the provision of fleet management services to all ministries and approved agencies of the Government of Ontario, and may optionally be used by Provincially Funded Organizations. The term of this VOR arrangement is for five years with the option to extend the VOR arrangement for two additional two-year terms under the same terms and conditions.

        Tender-18144 – Travel Management Company Services

        This Vendor of Record Arrangement (VOR) was established for Travel Management Company Services, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Tender_18144. The province has an agreement with GB Travel Canada Inc.  

        This VOR Arrangement is in effect for a period of six (6) years from December 2, 2024, to December 1, 2030, with one (1) optional extension of up to two (2) years.  

        This VOR consists of centralized managed travel services of a designated Travel Management Company (TMC) that provides discounted ticketing for air (Air Canada, WestJet and Porter Airlines), and accommodation and daily car rental through a dedicated full-service call centre. An online booking tool that is available to the OPS and Non-OPS through and internet link. By using GB Travel Canada Inc., clients take advantage of negotiated discounts on air and corporate rates for accommodation and daily car rentals.

        Tender-18024 – Vehicle Equipment Disposal and Remarketing Services

        This Vendor of Record was established for the disposal and remarketing of vehicle and equipment throughout the province, in accordance with the terms of conditions of RFP #Tender-18024. 

        Vehicles and equipment comprise light commercial vehicles, enforcement vehicles and non passenger fleet vehicles such as medium and heavy trucks, off road vehicles, motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, construction/general purpose equipment, boats and ferries. 

        The assignment of disposals will most typically be made based on location however the type, condition and value of the equipment will also be considered along with the experience and performance of available Suppliers. Assignment of disposals is at the sole discretion of the Fleet Management Centre.

        Tender-19250 – Snowmobiles and All-Terrain Vehicles

        This Vendor of Record Arrangement was established for Snowmobiles and All-Terrain Vehicles, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Tender_19250. 

        This VOR arrangement is in effect for a period of five years from May 9, 2024 to May 8, 2029. On an annual basis, Supply Ontario (SO) shall, at their own discretion issue an RFB to provide Vendors with an opportunity to refresh their Discount Prices or Discount Percentages and present new models at the beginning of each model year. The refresh process may take place separately for Snowmobiles and All-Terrain Vehicles The refresh process will take place at separate times each year, as appropriate, for Snowmobiles and All-Terrain Vehicles.

        Tender-19514 – Vehicle Acquisition and Upfitting Services

        This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established for the provision of Vehicle acquisition and upfitting services for the following categories: 

        Category 1 – General Vehicle Acquisition Including Police/Special Service Enforcement Vehicles includes the acquisition of general vehicles, including passenger, light commercial and enforcement vehicles for various Clients across Ontario. The use of this VOR arrangement is mandatory for all Ontario Public Service (OPS) ministries and agencies, irrespective of procurement value. 

        Category 2 –General Vehicle Upfitting and Accessories includes the upfitting of a wide range of vehicles including but not limited to non-police/special service enforcement or emergency response vehicles, highway maintenance trucks, etc. The use of this VOR arrangement is mandatory for all Ontario Public Service (OPS) ministries and agencies, irrespective of procurement value. 

        Category 3 – Custom Vehicle Fabrication includes vehicles such as emergency management, prisoner transport, medical transport, ambulances, fish culture, mobile command units, etc. where customization will be required. The use of this VOR arrangement is mandatory for all Ontario Public Service (OPS) ministries and agencies, irrespective of procurement value. 

        For Ontario Public Service (OPS) ministries This VOR arrangement and the user guide and other supporting documents are available on InsideOPS. Orders placed through the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) Fleet Management Centre (FMC) directly to suppliers delivery is, in most cases, made through the supplier’s local dealer network.  

        The term of this arrangement is for 4 years with no option to extend.

        OSS-00357420 – Records Storage and Related Services

        The service primarily includes. 

        Semi-active storage, retrieval and related records services to ministries and agencies of the Province of Ontario. The service is administered and contract managed by the Information, Privacy and Archives Division.

        Tender-17891 – Consolidated Groceries

        The Consolidated Groceries Enterprise-wide VOR arrangement covers various grocery products including but not limited to; fresh, frozen and processed meat, frozen, canned and dry groceries, vegetarian, Halal, Kosher and other special diet products. 

        The initial term of the Agreement is for two years. Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery has the option to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions up to two additional one-year terms.

        Tender_18072 – Fresh Bread & Bun Products

        This Vendor of Record arrangement was established for the acquisition of Fresh Bread and Bun Products, in accordance with the terms and conditions of RFB Tender_18072. 

        The term of this arrangement is for two (2) years with the option to extend for an additional two (2) extension of one (1) year each in accordance with the same terms and conditions of RFB # Tender_18072. 

        This VOR arrangement is intended for use by facilities with in house food service operations. The VOR arrangement covers an assortment of fresh bread and bun products which include but are not limited to, loaf breads (white, whole wheat, whole grain and specialty products), hamburger buns, hot dog buns, sub buns, Kaiser buns, dinner rolls, flat breads, pitas and bagels

        MPBSD_16806 – Supply and Delivery of Dairy Products

        This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established for the supply and delivery of Dairy Products, in accordance with the terms and conditions of contract MPBSD_16806. 

        The term of this arrangement is for two years with the option to extend for two additional terms of up to one year each.

        Tender-19816 – Disposal Services for End-of-Life Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) and Batteries

        This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established to provide Disposal Services for End-of-Life Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) and Batteries to all Ministries and approved agencies of the Government of Ontario and may optionally be used by Provincially Funded Organizations. The term of this arrangement is for five years with one optional two-year extension available.

        Tender-19582 – Secure documents and media destruction services

        This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established to provide services for secure document and media destruction services from various facilities throughout the Province of Ontario. 

        This VOR arrangement is with a single vendor-Iron Mountain Canada. 

        Changes in this VOR from the previous include:  

        • Pricing structure change – fees based on bin size instead of weight.  
        • Plastic card destruction – all IDs, security badges or other plastic cards.  
        • Online ordering tool – information is available in the user guide for new clients setup in order to access the portal.  
        • Bin optimization –a bin fill level report available to clients

        This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established to provide Leadership Talent Services to all Ministries and approved agencies of the Government of Ontario, and may optionally be used by Provincially Funded Organizations. 

        The Leadership Talent Services VOR focuses on requirements for management and executive talent search and leadership career life-cycle services used for talent planning, selection, assessment and coaching.

          Tender-17815 – Learning, Training, Research, and Evaluation Services

          This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established to provide Learning, Training, Research, and Evaluation Services for the Ontario Public Service (OPS). This VOR is mandatory for OPS entities and optional for non-OPS entities. The term of the Agreement is for five years with annual refreshes at the Ministry’s discretion.

          Tender-17865 – Talent Acquisition and Job Classification Services

          This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established to provide Talent Acquisition and Job Classification Services for:

          Delivery of talent acquisition services for Staff-Level Positions. Services are required for all stages of the talent acquisition continuum; from labour market intelligence gathering, to the onboarding of staff and post-hire evaluation assessments. (Services Categories 1 through 5)

          The resulting VOR arrangement will be made available to all ministries covered by the Ontario Public Service (OPS) Procurement Directive, regardless of value and, on an optional basis, to Non-OPS Entities. There will be multiple Vendors awarded for each of the eight (8) service categories. The Vendor(s) will be required to provide the services across Ontario.

          Tender-19561 – French Language Evaluation and Training Services

          This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established to provide French Language Evaluation and Training Services for ministries and approved agencies of the Government of Ontario, and may optionally be used by Non-Ontario Public Service Entities. The term of this arrangement is for six years. 

          Service Categories: 

          • Service Category 1 – French Language Proficiency Evaluation Services; 
          • Service Category 2 – French Language Proficiency in a Legal Context Evaluation Services; 
          • Service Category 3 – French Language Skills Training; and 
          • Service Category 4 – French Language Services in a Legal Context Skills Training. 

          MGCS-Adobe VLA 2022 – MGCS-Adobe Volume License

          MGCS has established an enterprise Volume License Agreement with Adobe Inc., (MGCS-Adobe VLA 2022), effective April 1, 2022. Through the new Adobe VLA OPS and Non-OPS clients will realize a discount of 15% to 25% off the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) for software licensing and support, as well as On-Demand and Managed Services. 

          The agreement will allow clients to acquire any of the VLA offerings (net-new licensing and/or ongoing support renewals) either through an authorized Adobe reseller (at potentially further discounted pricing), or directly from Adobe.

          MGCS-Citrix-VLA-2021 – CLV MSGSC-Citrix 2021

          Le MSGSC a conclu un accord de licence en volume avec Citrix Systems Inc. (MGCS-Citrix VLA 2021) en vigueur à partir du 29 décembre 2021.           (ii) le minimum du prix de détail de troisième niveau suggéré de Citrix pour les licences disponibles d’utilisation de logiciels sur place pour une période déterminée (rabais différencié).

          Salesforce MSA – Salesforce Master Subscription Agreement (MSA)

          On June 30, 2021, Ontario entered into a VLA-type Master Subscription Agreement (Salesforce MSA) with Salesforce.com Canada Corporation. to facilitate the procurement of Salesforce Software-as-a-Service offerings and related support services in certain circumstances. The Salesforce MSA provides cloud service terms and conditions that are more favourable than Salesforce’s standard software license agreements and sets out minimum tiered discounts from Salesforce’s list price.

          The original term of the agreement is for two years.

          This is a mandatory-use, enterprise-wide VLA for all ministries covered by the Ontario Public Service (OPS) Procurement Directive. Ministries that wish to use the agreement should contact Salesforce and sign Order Forms under the terms of the MSA. Ministries must seek non-competitive procurement authority approval prior to procuring from this agreement. Broader Public Sector (BPS) Organizations may use the Salesforce MSA at their option.

          The term of each subscription order cannot exceed 12 months. Any orders executed during the term of the agreement will remain in effect for the duration of their term and will continue to be governed by the terms of the Salesforce MSA as if it was still in effect.

          Outre les ministères de la province, les entités hors FPO sont autorisées à profiter d’un contrat de licences ORACLE en volume sans avoir à négocier de conditions ou de prix supplémentaires, en reconnaissant simplement l’avis d’entités hors FPO et en établissant ensuite son propre contrat hors FPO. « Les ministères, tels qu’ils sont définis dans la directive sur les marchés publics de la FPO, doivent utiliser la un contrat de licences ORACLE en volume lorsqu’ils ne sont pas tenus par la directive sur les marchés publics de la FPO de procéder à un achat concurrentiel et qu’il n’existe pas d’accord ministériel préexistant avec Oracle, établi par le biais d’un processus concurrentiel préalable ou autrement approuvé par le Conseil de gestion du gouvernement ou de contrats relatifs aux fournisseurs attitrés obligatoires, pour les produits ou services logiciels à acquérir. Sous réserve des obligations qu’ils peuvent avoir en vertu des accords commerciaux de l’Ontario, ils peuvent, à leur gré, utiliser le contrat de licences ORACLE en volume pour acquérir des produits ou des services logiciels auprès d’Oracle.

          MGCS-Oracle-CA-OMA-2923876 – MGCS- Oracle Volume Software License and Services Agreement

          In February 2022 , Ontario entered into a Volume Licence Agreement (VLA) for software licences and related services with Oracle Canada ULC. (MGCS-ORACLE-CA-OMA -2923876) to facilitate the procurement of Oracle Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software and related support services in certain circumstances. The Oracle VLA provides software licence and related terms and conditions that are more favourable than Oracle’s standard software licence agreements, and provides minimum discounts off of most of Oracle’s list prices. This Volume Licence Agreement (VLA) arrangement is for use by all Ministries and approved agencies of the Government of Ontario, and may optionally be used by Non-OPS Entities. The term of this arrangement is for three years and four months with the option to extend the agreement for one additional two-year term in accordance with the same terms and conditions.

          VOR-EPPM – Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)

          The Ontario government, through the Supply Chain Management Division, Ontario Shared Services, and Central Agencies Cluster, IT Source has established a new VOR arrangement for a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM) Solution and associated services. This arrangement is a replacement for the ‘Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) Solution, Maintenance & Support and Training Services’ VOR 1009 which expired in March 2013. 

          The EPPM solution and services offered under this arrangement are to support corporate project portfolio needs as well as Clients who require a project and portfolio management solution to manage the delivery of projects, from inception to completion.

          MGCS-Citrix-VLA-2021 – MGCS-Citrix Volume License Agreement (VLA) 2021

          MGCS has established an enterprise Volume License Agreement with Citrix Inc., (MGCS-Citrix VLA 2021), effective December 29, 2021. Through the MGCS-Citrix VLA 2021, OPS and Non-OPS clients realize discounted pricing in accordance with the VLA Price List as follows:  

          1. thirty-five percent (35%) from Citrix’s SRP for available perpetual Product licenses under the ELA discounting model and for Support and Maintenance Services relating to Customer’s perpetual licenses, and; 
          2. a minimum of Citrix’s third-tier SRP for available term-based on-premises Software licenses (the “Tiered Pricing Discount”).

            Through the 2022 Citrix Reseller VOR arrangement, Tender_11780, XenTegra Canada Inc. provides both OPS and Non-OPS clients with an additional 16% discount from VLA pricing, on all VLA offerings.

            Tender-11781 – 2022 Adobe Reseller VOR arrangement


            MGCS has established an enterprise Volume License Agreement with Adobe Inc., (MGCS-Adobe VLA 2022), effective April 1, 2022. Through the new Adobe VLA OPS and Non-OPS clients will realize a discount of 15% to 25% off the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) for software licensing and support, as well as On-Demand and Managed Services.

            As Adobe’s reseller channel has flexibility to provide further discounting when provisioning clients a limited competitive procurement process, among Adobe-authorized resellers was used to establish the Adobe Reseller VOR arrangement. The VOR arrangement has leveraged this flexibility to maximize pricing discount based on the outcome of the RFB.

            Tender-19435 – Workplace Print and Services

            The VOR seeks to establish a multiple vendor, mandatory-use, enterprise-wide Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Workplace Print and Services to support day-to-day government operations.

            The VOR will provide a managed print environment aimed at enhancing workplace productivity. This includes deploying efficient printing solutions, conducting detailed print and fleet assessments, and adopting data-driven decision-making approaches

            Tender-18677 – Mobile Devices and Services

            This Enterprise-Wide Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established to provide Mobile (including In-Building Wireless (IBW) Solutions), and Cellular IoT Devices and Services on an “as and when requested” basis, across the Province of Ontario.  

            The term of the agreement will be for a period of six (6) years, commencing on August 1, 2024 and expiring on July 31, 2030, with options in favour of Supply Ontario to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional terms of two (2) years each. 

            This VOR arrangement has two Streams: 

            • Stream #1 – Mobile Devices and Services, and In-Building Wireless (IBW) Solutions 
            • Stream #3 – Cellular Internet of Things (IoT)  

            The use of the VOR arrangement is mandatory for all ministries and agencies covered by the OPS Procurement Directive, regardless of value. The VOR arrangement will also be open to non-OPS entities on an optional basis.

            Tender-15733 – x86 Server Products Maintenance Services and Related Services

            The agreement for x86 Server Products Maintenance Services and Related Services available under Ontario’s Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangement # OSS Tender 15733 is a result of an open and competitive process completed by the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery awarded starting June 27, 2022 for a period of three (3) years with the option of the Ministry to extend for an additional two (2) one-year periods.

            What’s New?  

            The agreement is with a single vendor, offering Dell and Cisco UCS products at high discounts and HP and Lenovo server products at lower discounts.  

            Tender-18358 – Microsoft Select Plus Agreement and Reseller Agreement

            Supply Ontario has renewed the Microsoft Select Plus Agreement, which is a Volume Licensee Agreement (VLA) with Microsoft. Supply Ontario has also through competitive process selected CDW Canada Corp as the new reseller for the Select Plus Agreement effective October 1, 2023.

            This Microsoft Select Plus Volume License Agreement and Reseller Agreement is for the provision of Microsoft’s commercial off-the-shelf software products (COTS) and related support services available through the Microsoft Select Plus product list.
